Occasionally, you might want your subscribers to re-enter your countdown campaign and we’ve made it incredibly simple for you to do this inside of Countdown Hero.

Navigate to the ‘Contact Can Repeat Timer’ setting in the Basic Settings of your Countdown Hero.

You’ll see 3 main options:

1. Never (This is the default option. Select this if you DO NOT want your subscribers to be able to restart your Countdown Hero in the future)
   
   
2. Always (Select this if you DO want your subscribers to be able to restart your Countdown Hero in the future)
   
   
3. After A Time (Add the number of days you’d like to have pass before the subscriber is able to have their Countdown Hero restarted)

Then, to restart this countdown campaign, you'll need to retrigger the Countdown Hero for your subscribers and their timer will be reactivated (providing options 2 or 3 are selected and the criteria are met)
