So what's the best way to do it and what should you avoid?
First thing you should know is that email service providers (that's your Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft and everyone else) don't like you embedding a survey directly in to your email itself.
Since doing that is such a huge security issue they will block the email and/or the survey.
So if you can't embed a survey in to your email what's the best way to get your email list subscribers to fill out your survey?
Send them a link.
It really is that simple.
It could be a bare-naked link like: https://example.responsesuite.com/q/34567890 or you could make it a nice text link like:
Or you could go super fancy by creating a button in your email marketing system and linking that to your survey.
