With a question selected, click on the little cog icon for that question and this will open a settings panel on the left-hand side. 
Each answer will have a toggle switch which you can turn on to activate scoring for that answer.
A box will appear where you can associate a value/score for that answer.
You can add a score to as many or as few answers across the survey as you want.

With scoring activated on at least one answer, you'll notice scoring options will appear in the following places:
1. Integrations - you can segment people in your email marketing system based on their score. 
2. Pass their score into a custom field in your email marketing system.
3. Re-direct people to a different page based on their score.
4. If you use our thank you page builder to create your thank you page, you can display their score in a number of ways on that page.
