You can send a respondent's score into any field in your email marketing platform or CRM system really easily:
- Make sure Scoring is switched on for your Answers (the scoring integration options will not appear if you don't have scoring switched on).
- Go to Settings > Marketing Integrations
- You will then see the Scoring elements appear so they can be passed.
You can choose to send any combination of the respondent's score, their score as a percentage, and the total possible score. So if someone scored 10 out of 50 you could send:
Score %: 20%
Maximum score: 50
