Once you have collected some responses to your survey, quiz, questionnaire or form - you'll want to check out what everyone had to say.

There are three different ways you can check out the responses people give:

1. Response List

This is a table view of all of the responses in a horizontal scrolling table.

Go to Surveys > View All

Then on the right side of the row for the survey you want to view responses from, click the three dots to expand the menu and select Response List.

2. Response View

Flick through the completed survey with the responses filled out, just the way your respondents filled them out.

Similar to Response List:

Go to Surveys > View All

Then on the right side of the row for the survey you want to view responses from, click the three dots to expand the menu and select Response View.

3. Build A Report

While ResponseSuite is not a data analysis platform, and you should download the CSV files and import them into something more suitable for that, you can build basic reports in ResponseSuite.

Click on Reports > Create

Now select which survey you'd like to build the report for.

Here you'll have a canvas similar to the survey builder, butt with simple charts and other elements that you can drag in and assign to a question from the survey.
