Whilst we don't offer any alternatives to a HTML code when adding the Countdown Hero timer into your emails, depending on your platform functionality, you may be able to add the image by using the Source URL rather than the full HTML code.

To get this, you'll want to copy the HTML code from your Email Timer, which should look something like this;

Then, as you can see from the bold section highlighted within the code, there is a URL.

You'll need to copy/paste this entire URL and you can use that as the URL for your image inside your emails.
