If you're wondering what the difference between a User account and an Owner account is, here is the scoop.
When you join ResponseSuite, you set up your Company, your Subdomain and your personal details (name, email address etc). You are the account Owner.
As the account Owner you can:
- View and update the billing information.
- View and update every survey and report within your company (including the ones created by your Users).
As a User you can:
- Only view and edit surveys and reports you have created.
Over time we will be expanding the permissions options around accounts so you can grant different permissions to people within your Company.
