When you're preparing a new countdown campaign, there's usually lots of moving parts. From offer pages, to expiry pages, to new tags and custom fields... there's lots of 'bits'!

That's why we've made it super simple to get the most up-to-date information from your email marketing platform, synced straight into Countdown Hero so that you can get your countdown campaign set up, fast.

(NOTE: This is only applicable to our 'evergreen' timers. Real-time countdowns don't require trigger tags etc.)

Here's how to do it...

  1. Create the relevant tags/ forms/ groups/ fields inside your email marketing platform.

  2. Log back into Countdown Hero and open your countdown campaign.

  3. Locate the 'sync' button on the right-hand-side of the dashboard. Click that button and Countdown Hero will sync with your email platform and begin displaying the most up-to-date information.

^^ If you're still not seeing the relevant information after syncing your platform following these steps, contact our support team by email < support@emailmarketingheroes.com > with the details of the specific tags/ fields etc that you can't see in your Countdown Hero app.
