If you have created a new tag, list, form and/or field inside your email platform, but you can't seem to find it inside of your Countdown Hero menus, you'll just need to resync and refresh your integration.


Once you’ve created the relevant tag/s, return to Countdown Hero and navigate to the right-hand side of the Basic Settings tab and click the ‘Update Tags, Forms & Fields’ button.


Here's what that looks like;



^^ This will re-sync Countdown Hero with your email platform so that the new tags, forms, lists and fields that you’ve created will be visible from the dropdown menu.


(You’ll also want to do this after you create anything new in your email platform, if it is going to be relevant for your Countdown Hero campaign so that we can pull through the most up-to-date information)
